After the Storm!
A Hand Up’s offices were severely damaged by Hurricane Michael, so we re- located to a facility in Bayou George.
Although, A Hand Up is still recovering and remodeling from Hurricane Michael, we continue to serve the families of Bay County.
After Hurricane Michael, A Hand Up continued services to our community, including food and clothing distributions, our annual Joy of the Season Toy Drive, as well as financially assisting families, when funds were available.
How You Can Help:
Although, it has been more than three years since Hurricane Michael. There are many families in Bay County that are still feeling the impact and are in post Hurricane Michael recovery mode.
A Hand Up is still in need of donations, both funding and goods and materials, to be able to continue to help these families in their recovery efforts.
